Suitable for single and double action doors where the floor cannot be cut open like in a normal floor hinge. Simple fitting with four screws drilled in the floor. Maximum door width 1000 mm with door weight of 80 kgs maximum and glass thickness 10 to 13.5 mm. Fixed power size 3 en compliance. Adjustable closing and latching speeds. Maximum door opening 180 deg. Mechanical hold open at 90 deg. Savings in costs as the bottom patch is already included.
